CBN.com - Loosely based on the James Stewart classic It's a Wonderful Life, VeggieTales’ new cartoon, aptly named It's a Meaningful Life, teaches kids a valuable lesson on being content. With funny quips and tenderhearted moments, this DVD is a great addition to the VeggieTales collection. It warms the heart and nurtures the soul. What more could a parent want?

This new animated parable from VeggieTales explains this important scripture to kids in a fun way.

Paying homage to the acting great who starred in It's a Wonderful Life, the creative team at VeggieTales named the lead character in their re-envisioned story, Stewart. It's his journey that parents and kids alike follow as over the course of his life he learns to appreciate the life he's lived, instead of wishing his "What If?" dreams had come true.

One of the best animated stories to come from Larry the Cucumber and Bob the Tomato team, It's a Meaningful Life offers an entertaining half-hour filled with biblicially-sound lessons about honoring family, being faithful, and understanding that our lives matter despite how the world may value them. Being rich and famous isn't what brings true contentment and joy, that can only come from recognizing God's love for us.

This new VeggieTales episode features an original song from Christian music artist Steven Curtis Chapman, titled "Meant to Be". In addition to Chapman's music video, the DVD's bonus features also include a sing-a-long music video of "Goodnight Junior" (the incredibly adorable and fun song featured in It's a Meaningful Life intermission).
